Proposed Meeting Schedule Week of May 27

Below are some proposed meeting times and meeting topics for the week of May 27^th. Please block off these times (I’ve checked in with some folks to make sure they are available these blocks - if I didn’t get to you and you are not available at any of these let me know and we can modify things). If you want to facilitate one of the meetings sign up in the comments.

I suggest that based on what came up in our last meeting about communication someone(s) volunteer to develop proposals about meetings, communication, and decision-making. We can discuss the proposals in our online forum and at one of this week’s meetings and then make decisions on adopting and implementing them at a meeting later in the week.

It’d also be awesome if folks want to develop other proposals such as a structure for chores and housework and circulate them in advance.

*The topics for the meetings are based on the list that was circulating of things we want to cover together and me trying to order them logically. If you have other things you want to discuss urgently as a group or wanna change up content please let me know! *

Tuesday morning 9:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. meeting

1. everybody share what we want to work on, what we are good at, what we want to improve

2. what are the roles that need filling (I think we kind of know this and it’d be awesome to have these sent out for reflection prior to the meeting) and what are the priorities of the Bees right now

3. what roles do we fit into and how will they be sliced and diced to fit everyone?

4. calendar for the coming month

            -events we will be attending to table and/or give workshops

Tuesday evening 7:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. meeting

1. Go thru the orientation list to fill in any gaps that people are missing about stuff like space, compost – trash – recycling, greater Beehive structure explanation, etc.
